Vacant Land, Undeveloped land, acreage in a convenient location near Andrew Jackson Hwy and 81

There is a good road, a pond with bass, and a spot that is ready to build on. City water and utilities are available.
You can zoom in from Google Maps and see the roads, where the trailer was and where the pond is.
It is mostly wooded now.

We inherited the land and now own it outright. Make us an offer!

We inherited this land in Bulls Gap. The land is behind the Headstart on Erin Lane. The Volunteer Speedway is a few miles away. If you drive to the end of the road, the land starts on the right where the trees begin next to the house there.

Erin Lane used to go all the way through to Oasis Rd./Rocky Hill Rd. It is now a private road from the other end. Where it cuts through this property it creates a really good driveway all ready for you to build or put in a trailer. The road cuts all the way through.

There are quite a few ideal building sites. Much is level. But, with some pretty rolling hills.

It forks off and goes down to the pond. There is a trailer spot already there with electric.

The other side of the land is boundaried by Sunrise Church Rd (not the same as Sunrise Church Lane). This also used to be a public road, but is no longer and is gated, making the property very private, but with very easy access off a paved road. To my understanding we do not have the rights to this road or the other end of Erin Lane. It is not a shared driveway. There is no responsibility to share grading or other expenses. The land butts right up to a public paved road and the road that runs through the property is not shared. It belongs with the land.
We just drove down it with our Trooper. No trouble except for the very first part from Erin Lane. The other roads are really super good.

It is in two parcels, with each having some road frontage for right of way. We would be willing to sell all or part.

Part is fields, part is woods and there is a pond. The pond is nice and deep, spring fed and we are told that it has bass. There are the remains of a small dock. It is kind of rolling with some nice views. There is some existing fencing.

There was a trailer there at one time. I'm guessing it had a well, electric, etc. Or perhaps the trailer had city water, since it is available there. The land has the markings of lots. It is a nice neighborhood with some very nice houses near it. It is private, but in a convenient location. Not in the middle of nowhere. The roads around it are paved.

There are some deer stands, so I'm guessing there must be deer.
Any questions, just call!
