Help! All of my Amazon Links have turned Spanish! I have tried deleting them and putting them back in and they are still in Spanish!
Don’t worry! This is so easy to fix there isn’t even anything to fix.
Although you are seeing Spanish. Everyone who uses the English version of Amazon is seeing English.
Sometimes if you are searching on Google, it will send you to the Spanish translated version of Amazon. Once that happens, Amazon shows you everything in Spanish until you tell them not to. And that includes the text on the advertisement links you put on your site. Text generated for your Text+Image Links, Native Shopping Ads and Custom Ads will display in the language you have (accidentally) selected. But not to everybody. Only to you.
Just go to the top of any Amazon page. Click the little flag and select your language.
Until you do that, everything from Amazon, even things not on the Amazon site, are in Spanish.
Alternately, if you want to see everything in Spanish, that’s easy to do.
If you click to this page, be sure to Save Changes. When you go back to your own site, all of the ad text has gone back to English.
